Yes, the columns are identical. That is the entire idea.
Billing
The money questions.
Do we need to be a Slack admin?
To install, yes. Snitch asks Slack for permission to read the member directory and send DMs, and only an admin can grant that. If that is not you, send this page to whoever it is and answer your own DM when it arrives.
What happens when the trial runs out?
Nothing you have to act on. Your chart stays up and stays readable, and Snitch goes quiet: it stops asking and answering, and nags whoever installed it until they decide. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and everything works again the moment a subscription starts.
What if we grow past a plan?
Snitch counts actual humans, nightly. No bots, no guests, no deactivated accounts. Crossing a line gets you a nudge, not a lockout, because freezing your Org Chart on the day you hired an accountant would be a strange way to thank you.
What happens past 200 people?
Email us before you install. Past that size the questions Snitch answers start costing us real money per conversation, so we would rather agree something with you first than quietly throttle you later.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from the Stripe billing portal. The subscription runs to the end of the term you have already paid for, and the chart stays readable afterwards.
Do you do refunds?
A part-month is not refundable unless the law where you are says otherwise. Where one is due it goes back through Stripe, to the card that paid for it.
Which currency will we be charged in?
The price above is shown in whichever currency your part of the world usually gets. Stripe settles the real one at checkout, so that is the number worth reading.
Who actually takes the payment?
Stripe. They are who appears on your statement, and your card details never reach us. Our merchant of record: every payment, invoice and refund goes through them.
